S63 Lease Deals

I am looking to lease 2015 S63 for 36 months but the rates in LA are so damn high. For 163k MSRP I was offered: 5k down (including first payment) at $2,800 a month plus tax. Initially they wanted to include 25k mark up.

Other dealer offered at $2,500 down at $2600 a month plus tax.

What is a realistic lease deal I can get? I feel like those 2 dealers are asking way too much.

Perhaps it is possible to lease out of state?

That is actually a pretty good deal there. I was offered 3200/ month with taxes rolled in, NYS. Price to buy was @ 160kh

With these cars, the way MB does the residuals and MF, it is actually slightly cheaper to do a 24 or 30 month lease.

Those are pretty good deals. I got my 2014 leftover at 24 months with only 7500 miles for $1950 including taxes and it's a $112K car. Not stellar but your deal sounds pretty good, especially at $2600

I recently noticed that even the S550 MBFIN monthly lease payment is almost identical between 30 and 60 months, having a variation of less than $30.00 per month. The 24 month payment on the same price vehicle is nearly $130.00 per month higher. AMG's are a different financial deal entirely as the money factor is usually higher but the residuals are always lower. An S63 costing $50,000 more than an S550 could easily have a lease payment double that of the S550.
