That said, if you have important issues that you want MB MANAGEMENT to hear about, I strongly suggest that you sign up as a member of MERCEDESBENZADVISORS.com. This is a factory run website and complaints & issues are read by their several "moderators" and passed on up the food chain to MB management. Currently, they are taking a poll on run flat tires. Well, this is my fault. It seems that Mercedesbenzadvisors.com is an "invitation only community," according to one of the moderators who got back to me when I asked how my friends could join. I guess that MB is afraid that they will receive too many constructive comments if they simply throw the door open and let any and all riff-raff in their precious "community." My apologies. MBWorld.org is "THE" best online Mercedes-Benz venue, period.
