I am planning to get a used w222 this summer.
As far as what I know, the standard interior of these cars come with the wood trim.
Ideally I would like to get a pre certified without the wood trim.
Preferably the all black interior :
Up until now I have been using www.cargurus.com to look for the s-class.
I have found several w222 that are pre-certified, but not with the interior in the picture above. Most of them have had the black interior with wood trim.
Do any of you have any advice on how to find something like this besides using webpages, or any other pages than cargurus if you know any ?
The direct answer is no, there is no centralized way to search CPO for wood trim, but your choice of black poplar makes it pretty easy since most are spec with either burl walnut or black poplar.
I would start here, pick your exterior color and search distance then either check the dealer's website for pics or call and ask.
A little leg work but not nearly as bad as it could be say if you wanted the metal ash or myrtle wood.
