COMAND Manual on Back Order
Just picked up my new 2015 S550 4Matic last week and there was no COMAND manual with all the standard books etc. When I asked about it I was told they were on back order from the factory!?!?!?! Anyone else have this experience?
The real surprising thing is that they had delivered more then 20 S class vehicles in the past two months and not one customer missed them. Yes, I know they are available on line and that helps but I like to have and real book in my hands. Strange.

You can also get it from the iTunes book store for free. Shows up with the rest of your books in the ibooks app on your iPad. If you have another tablet besides iPad I'm sure you can find one for it. That's not letting MB off the hook, you should get everything when you get your car.
I prefer to use the ibook version, much easier to navigate to quickly get to what you want.

I received my vehicle on 2/19/15 and did not receive the Comand manual as well. I just requested it from my dealer.

Thanks, but I have the downloaded version. I've had it months prior to delivery. If the vehicle is supposed to have a full set of printed manuals, then I want what I am entitled to and have paid for.

My car came with hard copies of the Command Manual and an abridged version of the User Manual. I ordered the full User Manual which took months to come in.

In early 2014 when I got my '14 S550 4matic, I was told they are not including the COMAND manual with the cars anymore. So between the dealer and MBUSA, they supplied me with a bound manual about 2 months after I got the car. They told me it was on backorder.
Must be a paper shortage

the command in the car is such a PITA!!! having to scroll scroll scroll........so annoying when the pages are easy to turn, those must be some expensive manuals to print.....
