If so, it's most likely a scam because nobody in their right mind would sell a such a low mileage S63 for that low. Also, there's hardly any details posted about the car at all.
This is a common Canadian auto scam perpetrated by Americans. Here's how it usually works. Once you contact them, they'll tell you email you back with all the details and tell you it's a USA car and that they have lots of experience importing USA cars to Canada. They tell you they can take care of all the paperwork to clear customs to import the car, and they'll ship the car right to your driveway. They usually send you a zillion pictures of the car without you asking for it, and they'll tell you that the car is located in 'X' state. But the car doesn't exist. Once you wire them the money as a deposit, you can say goodbye to your money.
Buyer beware. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
The Ontario Vehicle Sales Regulator posted a warning about such scams here: https://www.omvic.on.ca/portal/NewsP...5/Default.aspx.

It did look too good to be true. The one thing i noticed is the photo doesn't match the car because the 2014 didn't come with the touchpad.

Brand new S63s go for about $180k here in Canada, before tax. So nobody in their right mind is going to be selling their S63 for $120k with only 4,000 miles.
You can contact the seller and see what they respond with.
