Hi guys...

My W222 S550 has this interesting sound when at a stop. It sounds like a pinball drop followed by a squeak - like shoes squeaking on a basketball court. It usually happens about 5 seconds after the car has stopped and the start-stop has activated.

I noticed it but just thought it was some valve releasing air, but my passengers have started to comment on it. One even asked me if I just farted

The car is at the dealer now but they haven't been able to diagnose where the sound is coming from. I feel like it is coming from the driver's side steering column or firewall area.

Wonder if anyone else is experiencing this and maybe even got it fixed...
