Driver Assistance Package Details

Good morning!

I am finally ready to order tomorrow my S550 and I have a few detailed questions regarding the Driver Assistance Package.

1) Does the car prevent you from hitting another vehicle, or an object while parking (so within 5mph) automatically?

2) Does the car automatically break if while you're driving, you look at your rear view mirror and the car in front of you brake?

Thank you in advance. Can't wait for it to come. I have been loving my 2012 Audi A8L, but technology has definitely advanced a lot in these 3 years....

no, if you're parking, the beeps and lights will warn you, but it will continue to let you creep into an object

yes, if it senses a collision, it will apply IIRC the e brake hard
