2016 or 2015
Do I order a 2016 or buy a stock 2015? Are there any changes known for the 2016? Buying with Premium package, cameras, distronic, night vision etc Considering Sports package and Napa leather. Car is replacing 2013 Audi A8

Use the 16 as leverage to get a deal on the 15, very minor changes

2013 S550 4matic (AMG sport package), 2016 Corvette Stingray.
Resale will be slightly better on 16, and the way these things tend to tank in price you're better off with the newest model possible. That's if you have the patience to wait ofcourse.

Go with the '15. You'll get a much better price for the same car. Very little difference at this stage of the development cycle. There are already dealer incentives in place for the '15's. You should not have difficulty finding your option preferences. This is an amazing car. Even compared to the A8.

Given the minimal changes, my suggestion is this:
Based on how long you expect to own the car, and how many miles you'll put on it, you can estimate how much of a resale advantage there would be with a 2016 by using a site like kbb. So for instance, if you think you'll keep it for 4 years and 50k miles, compare the used value of a 2011 vs a 2012 S550, both with 4yr/50k. If the difference is say $4k, that can be your guide to how much more a 2016 should be "worth" for you over a 2015. Assuming, of course, that you can find a 2015 configured the way you want. If you can't, you can factor the value to you of the equipment advantages of an ordered 2016 into the equation.
