2015 S550 lease/pricing SoCal

I have been thinking about upgrading to an E63S/CLS63S or a 2015 M5. I have always admired the S550, so I finally decided to test drive one this weekend. I was blown away by the interior quality compared to the E, and even the M5. It may be the nicest interior I have ever seen. It can't compete with the other cars in terms of performance, but 450hp isn't too shabby. I never thought I'd get to this point, but I am now flirting with the idea of leasing a S550. I haven't been able to find a lot of information on pricing and leasing details, so I thought I'd reach out here.

With the 2016s on the horizon, what kind of deals can we expect on the 15's sitting on the dealer lots in SoCal? Is 15% off MSRP (or $15k+) possible? What is the residual for a 10k/36mo lease, and what is the best I can do on MF (with security deposits or any other programs on offer)? If anyone here has connections with SoCal dealers that can offer an incredible deal on this car, please PM me.

This is not the E63S/CLS63S forum, but similar advice on those cars will also be appreciated. There is a ton of pricing information on the M cars on the web, but not much on the three MBs I am looking at.

I have the m5 and I would have gone for the s550, but I got a great 1 year lease deal.

MB has special lease deals for many 2015 models, e.g., $107K SL550 is $1,149/mo for 36 months ($6,943 due at signing):
