2015 S550, 2007 S550
A/C issue?
Hi all, I am new to the forums and am looking for some help. I noticed recently that my AC would stop blowing cold air for some reason while continuing to blow air. If I press my recirculate button, it starts cooling the air again. IDK...

Also, is there a way to permanently keep the recirculate button on at all times?

Its a 2015 and has 3k miles on it. I have seen a few glitchy things happen already. My previous 2007 S550 was rock solid. No issues.

Haven't noticed any problem with air temp on our 2014 but have noticed that the recirculate will turn itself off automatically. Wish it would just leave it how we selected it.

Seems unlikely that the ac would malfunction at 3K miles. Try setting the temperature on both sides. Push ac button to on position. Push the automatic button to on position both sides. Go to vehicle settings and choose the type of circulation you desire. I keep mine on diffuse. If this fails...go to dealer. You are under warranty. Hope this helps.

As obvious as this reads, go 'down' with the controller while on the AC screen and ensure 'a/c' is checked. Found mine unchecked before, don't know how it happened.
