AMG S63, S550
Does basic model have brake assist?
Today I was driving and when stopping at a traffic light after approaching the car in front the brakes suddenly applied automatically. I was pretty close, close enough to make me think I hit the car in front, but after looking at the clearance sensors, they were 3 bars and not in the red at all. Is this normal? I have no idea what options I have on the car as I left it up to the dealer. Can anyone help me out? BTW, the car is a S550 Long.

Private mail VIN and your email address I will try to pull MB data card (lists all factory installed equipment, etc.)
