Air Balance - intermittent or defective ??
Hi
I always have Air Balance set to its lowest setting. After one year, original bottle is still half full, and scent comes and goes.
Is this normal?
Is there a sensor that causes it to dispense perfume or not?

That is the way it is designed to work. Have the same consumption rate with my bottle. It is a very subtle device, even more so on the lowest setting.
