Passport 9500CI Install S550 Controler placement

Passport 9500CI Install S550 Controler placement
Hi,

I am going to purchase a 9500 CI Pro and install it in my 2015 S550. I wonder where to put the controller.

The dealer suggested the ash tray but that would require me to keep the tray open so I can press the mute button when I need to. I would prefer to keep the ash tray closed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
