2013 Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 Diamond White
A little order help, please...
So finally deciding to get rid of my CLS550 and move to the S550 4matic.
Could use a little input /help/decisions from those with some experience on colors, as our local Benz dealer doesnt have much in stock and pics are tough to judge...
I was torn on Iridium Silver and Black exterior...99% sure going with Black..but which black does everyone recommend.."black" or "obsidian black" or ??
As far as interior..was thinking porcelain white and black..but will the white seats and dash get old after a short while? I'm just not a fan of black interiors and not sure which else to go with? --any good pics of suggested interiors? (I am a guy if that matters in color choice) -- was also considering the nut brown/black interior....

Iridium silver is hard to beat. Looks good and always looks clean even when dirty. I have two MB's but I personally think the S-class shines in a dark color.
Instead of iridium I recommend palladium or Selenite gray for the MY16.
For a light interior the porcelain black is the most beautiful/practical combo. Still easy to keep clean, extremely elegant and the dark steering wheel:carpets don't stain easily. Very different from the light gray interior we have.
For dark colors the brown is quite nice but I would do for the dark blue/cream combo (I can't remember the name at the moment).

My '14 S550 4matic was Obsidian Black with Beige/Espresso. I loved these colors and color combination.
I now have a '16 S550 4matic that is Ruby Black with Beige/Espresso. MAN is that color combo stunning--I love it! But the Ruby Black is certainly a step away from the MB traditional black as it is more maroon in the sunlight. But it is an awesome color. The Ruby Black reminds me a bit of my '08 S550 4matic that was a Majestic Black color. That color was Blue in the sunlight but like the Ruby Black was Black most of the time except in direct sunlight.

I have had black interiors on my cars and personally like them. However, I was getting tired of the monotony of black...it seems to suck the sens of space out of a car. For this latest acquisition it almost seems like a waste to hide all the detailing. So I opted for something completely different (for me) for this new S.

Pretty sure Ive decided on the basic 040 Black. Am giving serious consideration to the Nut Brown & Black Interior....anyone with pics of this or experience with the Nut Brown interior..?
