Whining/Humming sound fixed !!
So after spending 3 weeks in the dealership! They were finally able to figure out the cause of the whining/humming sound above 60 mph!
It was caused dude to the cover that goes over the oil pan and the sound dampening shield that is in between plastic cover and oil pan to absorb the sound. That piece apparently directed the air towards the bottom of the seat flooring where air was leaking into cabin and causing the car to humm.
The technician told me and even showed me that the part that was on my car was thicker from one end and thinner from the other and the new part that replaced it ( entire cover and sound shield ) were both thicker.
And that eliminated the noise! Wind noise was corrected by replacing the seals of door and humming is now all gone! Car is very quite now!
