What exactly does this mean? For example, do they mean that you cannot use Google Maps on the screen? If so, who cares? The navigation system that comes with the car is good enough. Besides, you can always use your smartphone to help you navigate.
What country are you in? It looks like your car has a right hand steering wheel. I am in the US with a left hand steering wheel and I have not received this message.
It seems to be worldwide. I am in Canada (same car config as in the US), and my 2015 C63 507 (W204) lost the Google Streetview as well as the RSS feeds.
It also seems like the internet search is 'generic' and no longer Google.
