I have foggy spots on my rear window.. When you rub them they go away, and then come back 5 mins later??

2014 s550

Could this be between the glass layers??

thank, Frank

Are you rubbing the inside of the car or the exterior to get rid of the fog?

What type of climate is the car in? Dry or Humid? Temperature?
