Transmission Oil TEMP workshop mode

Hello, Is there any way to access the transmission oil temp from the workshop mode tool menu?

I am able to get numbers but have no way to verify which corrispond to which temperatures.

I have not looked a the W222 menus but do you see any sensor values (anything that keeps changing)? I would expect only part numbers and SW release codes etc.

You don't need to be in developer mode to acquire the transmission fluid temp---simply start in the control module screen and drill down!!

Post a screen shot!!

Thanks, the workshop mode only has engine oil temp.

I couldnt find it anywhere in the heads up or command screen.

I am not spending on a laser thermometer but I have a computer probe. The correct drain temp on the 722.9 mct is 45 deg celcius correct?

Since you're talking about MCT I guess you have an AMG.. The Trans Temp is shown in the AMG display mode in the cluster accessed through the steering wheel controls...
