multicounter seat
The used s550 i recently purchased has the premier package,i am trying to use the massage option but its not working ,why?

The air pump on mine was bad. If you have the ability to make adjustments via the COMAND system but both of the front seats do not react, then it is most likely an air pump related issue. Take it to your dealer for repair since it should still be under warranty. If it's a fuse, it'll be out the same day. If they have to order a pump, like my dealership had to do in my case, it'll take a couple of weeks for the part to arrive.

What haYnBenz said. The actual seat back cushion houses an actuator motor (mini pump) just for the massage function. Often when they go bad, you will select a function (1-4) and the screen automatically goes back to 0. This is a sign the pump is bad or there is a gross leak. The part will more than likely need to be ordered.

Ok,just to update,
I took car to dealer with multiple issues,all of those issues was listed in the sticky recall thread,i just copy all of the recall and tsb numbers and email them to the service manager.
1.seat massage problem solved(they just reset the system)
2.Dark rear camera solved (update)
3.wind noise and driver's seat clunk(on going)
4.LEd door handle driver not working.
5.Ac fan recall,still on going.
I do thanks all guys in this forum who help me find those issues,
