LEMON???

I bought NEW a 2015 s63 fully loaded..MSRP 178K.....
(delivered 10/14)

I have has numerous issues, some fixed some not.. Ex
-Gas cap fell off 1st month
-also misaligned
-Rear bumper misaligned bad
(took 3 tries to get it right)
-Wind noise on driver side
(never fixed correctly)
-headlights always fog
-doors were misaligned
-USUAL stall thing at low speeds
(says there's a fix now)
-USUAL tranny issues jerk etc
(say it's a normal sports car.. Lol)
-Excessive heat in armrest & mouse
-radio changes station at high speed turns
(2x unsuccessful fix)
-clicking noise when turning at low speeds both directions L/R from from wheels
(3x unsuccessful)

Car has been in the service approx 70 days...
Any ideas of chances of getting a lemon???
Also they are saying because I have a 15.. & cant find any comparable they can't do anything to assist me with a 17...hence forcing me into a litigation or taking a 63 not desired or a maybach, which I don't really care for...
(unless it's the Brabus 900..lol..

Any thoughts would be much appreciated...

It's been many years since I last had a true lemon. It was a '97 Corvette. The battery would just die stranding me. GM bought it back.
I am in CA and if memory serves me, the car has to be in the shop for a total of 30 days for problems that prevent normal and safe usage of the car. I don't think things like squeaks, clicks, radio stations, etc. count, but I could be wrong. There are attorneys who specialize in these cases and I would call one. They will ask you a few questions, usually over the phone and can pretty much tell you, immediately, if you have a case. Good luck.

I believe there are two levels, major stuff and minor stuff. I think the 70 days would do it, even on the minor stuff.

What state are you in? Did you keep all the service records? I m currently going through this with a range rover.

I'd focus on the radio and clicking while turning issue. How easy / prominent is it on video?

I'm no expert. I always assumed lemon law applied to significant problems beyond 3 fixes plus certain amount of time in the shop for that specific problem.

Here is a website which has the laws of all states (as they are different) - check up on your state - see if your vehicle meets the standards. Then hire a Lemon Law attorney if the dealer won't budge.

Years ago, they used to say that if a new Jaguar didn't leak oil, they would send it back to the factory to get it fixed. With the reliability issues of Range Rovers, I would think that if one didn't spend an appropriately huge number of days in the shop, they would do the same thing.

I'm in Florida
Yes, I kept all records (they also do, but I did make sure all the reports had correct dispositions when this started last year )

They FINALLY got serious yesterday, when I left the car with them.. Rims & all told them keep it..

They gave me a ridiculous deal on a trade assistance for a s600 maybach

How are Maybachs selling? Anyone out there know if the Maybach has been a hit for MB? My first thought was that this car would be a home run. After seeing some guy driving one all by himself, I've changed my mind. The car looks like it NEEDS a chauffeur and a guy in a ball cap driving it, just doesn't cut it. Plus, it's a pain in the *** to park. The owner should definitely be riding in the BACK seat, but hey, that's just me!
