Night vision assist

Can, most likely but would be very expensive and don't think you'll find any dealer willing to do it for liability reasons

Hello, I'm interested in retrofitting Night Vision. Is there someone out there who could shed some more specifics on this. I have one dealer who says it is not possible because of the wiring harness and another dealer who says it is possible but extremely expensive. Cost aside, I want to know if it is really possible minus the windshield, Im not sure what is different on that one for $100 more over the HUD one I have. I was told there is the camera, a control unit, the switch, the headlights and misc brackets and wire from the control unit to the camera. Im also not sure if the headlights are necessary or not. The one dealer said there would be plenty of coding involved as well. But let say I did all the labor and got the parts. I just need the dealer to code, but I still want to know if its even possible before I go through the trouble. Yes, I know now, I should have just looked for one with it, but i am willing to spend the time and money on it if it is truly possible. Any help on this or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I know that you will need to replace the headlights with the night vision option ones. Also, you need a night vision controller. I'm not sure what else you need to add internally but I presume software update and some wiring.

Look my car has Night vision. It is pretty cool however it is FAR eclipsed by the 3D sound system that is wonderful. Guess im trying to say there are other features to me that are far more valuable to me than the night vision.
