I am about to pull the trigger on a 2014 S5 50 and wondering if anyone has modified the car to create a pass-through from the back of the storage compartment behing the middle seat to the trunk? It seems like it's just a thin piece of plastic at the back of the compartment but I don't know if there's other things between it and the back of the trunk. The car has the warmth and comfort package. Thanks for your help.

I don't believe this is possible. There is wiring for things like your sunshade, rear speakers, heated seats... in this panel.

Yes it is possible and very easy. It's just a black plastic box with felt liner, no wiring. I drilled a 1/8 inch hole in mine to run a trigger wire for my amp setup. The easiest way to access it is to go from the trunk area and pull off the back panel by taking off the two plastic retainer clips and removing the panel which is friction fit.
