Famous for being....famous. Like the Kardashians. It does indeed pay well.
As I said - I enjoyed his reviews when he began - but whatever fame he got - went direct to his head. You can see how he is now vs his old videos - night and day.
There's another car reviewer - also young - does very in depth reviews - and just bought himself a dodge Viper - and yet he has remained down to earth completely. Here's one vid - you can hear and see how he is just very cool and no big ego. Disclaimer: I don't know him - I never met him - I never spoke to him - and I am not promoting him. It's just a general feeling I get when comparing the two.

How do you know his income from the channel? Just curious how all that works? $25k to $30k because 100,000 people see his videos? What about let's say a video that has gone viral - say I meet a famous celebrity who did something silly on camera and it was viewed 100 million times or whatever. If I created that video - Youtube sends me a check for many millions of dollars reflecting the number of views?
I am not a hater. I find him to be a phony. Big difference. If he makes money off being ridiculous - all the more power to him.

It'll give you a broad range of stats but I have it on good authority from other users that it's usually in the 75% point of the given range.
100k views would probably earn you $200-400
And on the celeb thing, you would have to have an established account with all the advertising already in place. It also goes off of subscribers and many other factors. If you came out of nowhere and pulled 100mil views, Youtube would probably stiff you on a technicality.

He's good and all but he's BORING. Like if I was researching a car to buy and wanted to know every single detail about it, I'd for sure watch Saabkyle's video on it. But half the time he doesn't even drive the cars..

I don't think boring - I think he is literally a digital manual and every car buyer should see if he reviewed the make and model they are interested in. I watched him before ordering my porsche 4S because he reviewed a 2017 Porsche 4S Cab. He goes over every aspect of the car - literally - does what the dealer is meant to do when you pick up the car. He's extremely good at it. Don't find it boring - just very informative.

Best car enthusiast channel on Youtube IMO. Especially when you take into account all the "Bangin' Gears" and other series' they do.

What's the point of the video ? If he is trying to demonstrate that a luxury car can drift or if drifting is some sort of hallmark of skills and it's the fact that that guy can drift anything he likes to .
Anyway,drifting is not first priority of that car as it is a W222 S CLASS ,not asian tin box that one can play in PS ,XBox

I won't be a dick but if you all watch this video, I would be curious to hear your thoughts.
I studied Fashion Design at Parsons, but my other pleasures were psychology and I also studied it in High School. Love the idea of reading into things and trying to read into people. I apply that to my business and have been pretty good at it. Knowing when someone is BSing - or when they're flat out lying.
Disclaimer: I don't have a degree in anything that qualifies me for this post. Though, I don't need a degree when I hear BS.
However, i'll go by my instinct. He's full of crap and he's lying. This is rehearsed, staged, and he's acting the entire time. All statements he's making will be found out to be false.
I will say this - anyone who told him that his family should have been murdered in the Holocaust should rot in hell when it's their day of judgement. (I have not seen any of those comments either - and wonder if he's saucing it up)

Parker's story seems scripted, whereas Eddies seems to be spoken in the moment making me more inclined to believe Eddies story. The one thing I don't understand is that Parker's dad had apparently sold a company for a billion dollars in October 2014, (Ebates sold to Rakuten Japan). He probably wouldn't be living fully off of his father, but shouldn't the amount of money he earns from YouTube not really matter to him. If none of his money comes from his dad, the S Class/Huracan proves that he's earning a lot more money than he is from YouTube, so once again shouldn't YouTube money mean not that much to him?

The scripted memorandum, married to that dramatic tone to his voice and how he gazes into the camera with sympathetic characteristics just doesn't seem genuine.
I also don't believe for one second that he offered his friend money without being asked. If it was a hobby and he asked to help - not sure where the payment came through.
Additionally - if Eric had a job lined up - why would asking someone to hire them full time be such a contemptuous argument? If the answer is no - why is that such a dramatic explosion to this.
Also in the end - the comparison of who did what in terms of videos and such just seemed babyish.
I don't believe a word Parker says - and I second the opinion said above re: his father selling a company for a billion dollars. I just don't believe Parker is making all this from Youtube - and if he was - why couldn't he hire Eric full time if they were doing team work? Doesn't have to be equal salary but why would a full time position to someone raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars filming car videos be out of order?
Just way too much in the ways of unknown here. I don't buy it.

Very simple ... Parker used Eddie's help when he was taking classes and didn't have the time to do it all alone .
Now that he graduated he has all the time in the world and does not need Eddie's help any longer.
Couple this with the fact that his channel already have half a million subscribers , Parker simply do not want to share his income any longer..
After all, he started the channel so he has the right to chose to work alone. He must have felt his partnership with Eddie could be more problematic in the future therefore he cut him loose....
Bottom line, it's the money 💰 💰💰💰!
