What's the Scoop on W223?

Hey guys, just wanted to discuss the details on what is known now about the S-class and the model year range. The W222 was revealed in 2013 and it has a production range of 2014 - present. Is it reasonable to assume in 2019 they may announce/produce a successor? Or do you think 2020 and beyond is more realistic?

My second question is this talk about the 2018 interior/exterior facelift. What's the source of that? Curious to see how they do it.

Lastly, on what models of the S-class does it offer the thinner horizontal tail lights like on the c300 coupes - The kind that look exactly like porsche tail lights. I prefer them to the standard ones. Does anyone else agree?

looking forward to reading your replies!

Facelift will have updated headlights, tailights, possibly bumper, new technology and autonomy features, larger dash screens, new touchpad, and new steering wheel.

Those taillights are on the S coupe and cabriolet
