Is there a 19" temporary tire & wheel assembly that would fit on a 2016 W222? I am looking for something to leave in the trunk while waiting for a delivery from Tire Rack.

Do you have staggered wheels. 8.5 front 9 rear? Sport Package wheels are staggered.

i bought a spare from a w221 and it fits and works both front and back. It takes up a lot of room in the trunk but it gave me the fexability to replace the run flats. I am also interested to know what you bought from Tire Rack

I was always under the belief that a W221 spare wouldn't fit over the brakes of the AMG sport package with the staggered 19's. Can you confirm you car has the above package and bigger brakes? Thanks!

You're right if the W221 spare is 18 inch, Might not find out until you have a front flat!
I tried to convert my 222 to 18's but the fronts would not get over the AMG sport package calipers.
