passenger side window fogging up - in summer!

Just within the last 2 months, I've noticed that the bottom 3"-4" on my windshield on the passenger side of my 2015 S550 has been fogging up (moisture can be wiped off on the outside of the window) when I have my AC on set at 70 degrees (the outside temperature has ranged between 65 to 85 degrees. This didn't happen before (even during prior summers). When I asked the dealer about this problem, the tech said, he sees this problem in a lot of S-classes including brand new ones. This doesn't seem right to me. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

If the fog is on the outside, then its just the AC blowing cold and the water condensing on the glass outside, more likely to happen on humid days.

All my vehicles have done this when the vent is pointed straight towards the window(s) and when the humidity is high. You'll just have to make sure the vent is not pointed towards the outboard of the car so much. It may be you've just started doing this as of this year and began noticing it.

MB fixed the problem.

9091 Found right side lower portion on windshield to fog up when
a/c was turned on, connected sds and battery maintainer and checked for
any fault codes, found no fault codes present at this time. Proceeded
to check the settings of the dual climate control, found driver?s side
was set to AUTO function while passengers was set to windshield defog
thus causing the windshield flap actuator to remain open at all times
and as a result causing the fog to form only on passenger side lower
windshield. Proceeded to set passenger side climate control to AUTO
function and found passenger side lower windshield to no longer fog up.
