We just brought in a 2015 S550 right now and it should be passing through our dismantling line within the week. We have to admit, these W222's are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And as a little aside, we do have the perfume atomiser along with the four fragrance samples straight from Mercedes - so if you need your car to smell like "Nightlife Mood," "Sports Mood," and the various other Mercedes' moods... we've got you covered!
Wanted to let everyone know.
Anyhow, this vehicle was water-damaged, but we thoroughly test and inspect everything and will not sell compromised or potentially compromised parts. Further, we see all types of damages to vehicles, and as far as water-damage goes, this one looks to be in phenomenal shape (not just saying that - hope the pictures do it justice).

Does it run>? Crazy how it just looks little worn and you wouldn't know if may have been underwater by those pics.
We're still trouble-shooting the vehicle and determining what is necessary to get it running. There are electrical issues, so presently it is a bit of a mystery.
I mean, the car looks immaculate, and under the hood there is practically no sign of water damage. Inside it is hard to even see where water may have made it. These insurance vehicles can be odd - sometimes we get practically perfect vehicles that just needed a couple small fixes and they're up and going. Sometimes, we get ones which are very clearly beyond repair.
This one is much closer to the former and we'll have more information in the coming days. We're suspecting a couple of units (fuseboxes or control modules) are not operating properly due to water and this is affecting the ignition system. Again, we'll have more information soon. But we do not suspect any sort of mechanical issues, and cosmetically/aesthetically... so far, nothing jumps out.

Just wanted to provide an update on the 2015 S550 we recently got in.
The interior electronics work great and look very cool. The interior lights seem a bit brighter than what I was expecting. Regardless, the interior is looking really good for a flood vehicle!
