Samsung s8+ Connectivity Issues

My Samsung s8+ 7.0 android keeps connecting and disconnecting. I mean, every 60 seconds. I have tried wiping the cache and every other reset I could think of, other than a full reset. The only success I had was when I did a reset on the Bluetooth settings. That lasted for a day. Anyone else have this issue? I have a iPhone 7 for a secondary phone that stays connected just fine. I leave the Bluetooth off on the iPhone so that shouldn't cause any issues there.

Have you had any Nav or other software updates done recently? I was having this issue with my iPhone 7 Plus and after having the Nav and Command software updated to the 2017 version, the issue ceased and it works perfectly now. Just a thought...

Oh, FYI, my car is a 2015 version and the updates were free. I believe it’s free for the first 3 years. Good luck!

I'm having similar problems but not as frequent with my S8 plus. Even my lady's regular S8 connects before my phone and stays steady. I haven't spoke to the dealer yet but is something I plan to bring up. And I haven't updated my Nav or anything else at this point.

I have a Samsung 8 and I have had zero problems with that issue. I started off with an Apple 6 plus when I bought the car, no problem. Then switched to the Samsung about 4 months ago....no problem.

I have a note8, it connects fine. My main problem is that it won't play music when connected to the media port. I am forced to use bluetooth which is a real bummer.
