How to reset a partly non-functional COMAND system.

Hi, there, I have a 2015 S550, and I think I held down a button that caused COMAND to go into some weird mode.

Previously, I had seat massaging functions, audio that would play, DVDs that would show up on screen, a backup camera that would be on the display, etc... Now, none of that works. COMAND is still functioning, but in a halfway-shut down state. If I click on the "massage" function, for instance, all I can do is adjust the lumbar support. If I click on a DVD, all it does is say that it can't show the video while out of park (even while in park). If I tune to a radio station, no audio is heard. You get the idea.

I tried the "hold the eject button down for ten seconds" trick to reboot as well as resetting the COMAND options. Any other secret command that I can give to help it restore its full capabilities? Thanks in advance!
