Plain black. But they did polish it prior. It’s more of a relief Gavin the Xpel and you really don’t notice it at all. For anyone in the lower New York area or Long Island I highly recommend detailing dynamic.
Well, I didn't post it before, but here you go... thought this may be of interest to some here. People always wonder "uh, how much was it and what options did it have"? And, um...$7900 for... grey paint? Isn't that kind of crazy? What other paint on a 2018 S63 costs this much? I know yellow paint on a G63 is like $20k but a S63? I wonder if I have the only Designo Grey car ever made? I wonder about a lot of crazy stuff in life. Power right footrest? I hadn't even really looked at this MSRP sticker till now. Whoa... time to go out to the car and find out just what the heck this is! No passenger ever mentioned this being back there.
I am curious how the rear seat wireless charger is integrated in your car. Can you post some interior pictures please? Also if you could add a picture of the reduced center console storage area, I would appreciate it.

Have a friend who has expel on whole car, and car got leaned on hard and is dented on the door. 3 paintless dent repair places say the film has to be removed to fix the dent. The dent they say is an "outie" at the top of it which mean that have to also use a tool on the outside on the car and they all have said a wrap or 3m, it will ruin it, and the wrap/3m must come off. I guess that's what has to happen. Pain in the butt if you get a decent dent with a warp or 3m on your car.

Well, it’s very nicely optioned indeed! Just FYI, the paint cost was over $10k on this car as the $2500 custom charge is due to the non-standard paint job.
It’s expensive but less than other AMG paint options

Just FYI. Please keep in mind that the depth of the center console is based on the 4 zone climate control option only. Without having the individual rear climate, that center console is deep (maybe 7-8"?) with it just a couple. This is the same since 2014...
Yes I know. I ordered my car with 4 zone climate control. Wasn't aware of the dramatic space reduction as depicted in the picture..
Oh well, I will live with the tiny center console. I am sure my back seat passengers will appreciate the individual climate control capability,,

sorry - i do not have the rear seat wireless option.
I got the expel on the full front will wind up doing the whole car now. Also did ceramic coating. Love the way it came out.
You wont be able to do the rest of the car if you already did the Ceramic coating. The ceramic coating would have to be totally removed to install the expel....

I know someone else posted pics but I FINALLY had 3 minutes to go to car to take some pics for you. Hope this helps, from my dark garage at midnight just now. A car the size of a jet airplane and the interior storage of a Porsche 911
I bought the tire and wheel package on my two past ML's and it has paid for itself many times over. Well worth it from my experience. Have not used it for wheels, but have had at least 8 tires replaced without charge. When it comes to your extended warranty, shop around. You don't have to buy it from the same dealer you from which you bought the car.
Just an update on this conversation about buying the maintenance and protection packages...
Caught a rock on the windshield this week. Foot long crack. Glad I bought the Windshield protection for $900. It is a $2700 estimate to replace the glass. Of course, the glass is on back order, so I will wait a while, but should get fixed with no cost. A couple things to note - my windshield package is maxed out at $5000 in claims, so you can get a couple replacements out of it. Also, the dealership did not have my paperwork on file - said I had no coverage. Keep your records.
I think these packages make sense if you put big miles on your car...stuff happens...negotiate the prices down and they can pay off.
