Purchased Mercedes WIS
Hi all.
Recently I purchased the Mercedes WIS and Parts manuals from a vendor on EBAY.
I have to admit it was a lot of work to download all the files and set up the player for the program. So I swore a lot as I was doing it I guess.
The reward is now I have the same stuff the techs at the dealer use. I will say that it is not the most user friendly program but with a bit of effort I learned how to get around it enough to find specific repair instructions and stuff.
For 12 dollars its hard to beat.....

Thats good to know was just getting ready to post a ? about this. Does anyone else on here have experience with these? I'm not the most computer savvy so wouldn't mind paying a little more for one that is more user friendly.

Wittle the mercedes WIS as well as the parts manual and other parts of the package are probably written for someone that is trained a bit how to use it. So there if you want the real deal you kind of have to take the time to learn it. there are videos on youtube that do have some teaching aspects of using it. Its kind of like photoshop. The program is amayzing once you take the time to learn how it works.

The official Star Tek info is $63 a day and would have the latest. EPC from Mercedes is $75 a year.
