Thank you in advance. I am posting this here since I found this site very useful when I had my S550e. You folks are great. Now I have a S63 but think the same answer may apply to my question. I enjoyed the park assist feature in my S550e and appreciated the protection against curb rash versus parking on my own. If I have installed after market wheels that stick out a little further than the factory wheels, will the park assist take into account the extra space with the wider wheel? In other words does park assist account for the spacing between the curb and the wheel using the cameras and radar or is the functionality based the width of the factory wheels in some preconfigured measurement? Cheers!

You'll be ok.
even with the park assist beeping to a full tone and all red, there's always 6" left against walls.

Thanks. Does that stand true with the curb. I was more concerned about the curb. I remember with the S550 it was pretty close to the curb when I used park assist. Again Thanks

You"ll be fine even running spacers on OEM wheels or going 22" aftermarket wheels.
