Not looking to get into the RF vs. Non RF, Just looking for info on this particular RF vs. other RF.

I will be one of many people who are of the opinion that run flats are not desirable. I purchased a doughnut spare and put it in my trunk and bought non-runflat tires. I like the ride better, the non-run flats give you more mileage and they're not as expensive. However you need to join AAA because Mercedes roadside is not always responsive depending upon where you live

I have the MXM4 ZP tires on my 2015 S550 4Matic. They ride nice and perform very well. I do not notice any difference in noise between these and the AS3 Michelins I had on my last S550. I have 19" AMG sport wheels. My biggest concern with these tires is getting stuck in a town far from home and not being able to find a replacement if needed. For this reason I will probably go with a non RFT when these wear out. I will also carry a can of fix a flat at that point.

I have been running Goodyear run flat tires on my car and Michelin has a name in terms of being softer than other brands as fas as I'm concerned .Son in this sense, I think you should be satisfied with it .I'm happy with my tires but to make a better judgement I need to find an exact spec as mine with conventional tires
