2022 AMG GT 53, 2020 Sl450. Did drive 2018 S450
wheel cleaning tip
for those that like to detail their S-Class personally. I've used almost every brand of wheel cleaner on my cars over the years but never again, Today I tried a mixture of rubbing alcohol and water and a spray bottle (3 parts water to 1 alcohol). The caked on brake dust just melted away. All it took was spray, leave on 30 secs, wipe off...Amazing stuff....Nothing has ever worked so well....

The wheels on our Maybach are a REAL pain to clean. On the brighter side our other car has the carbon ceramic brakes and NEVER dust at all!!!!!!! Never. I dont care what the price is for the brakes if the carbon ceramics are available I will get them.

I had the same problem with my S450. I had ceramic pads installed and it made a huge difference. I think it was well worth the expense.
