Just picked up a 2015 S550 Sedan
Picked it up at an auction at a great price. Out of warranty. Looking for part numbers for the items below and other questions:
1. Auxiliary battery for the trunk (message is on)
2. There are two possible engine oil filters?
3. Mobil-1 synthetic 0w-40 is the preferred oil?
4. Oem or aftermarket brake pads?
5. Any cool software updates/unlocks?

Congrats ,
1- I guess you mean there's a pop up message saying the battery is weak .So have it tested I would do it if I bought it
2- I think yes
3- I prefer Castrol but viscosity is what counts more to me
4- OEM only no matter how technically improved groundbreaking an aftermarket is
5- You should be checking in Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums or have Yahoo ( I prefer it over Google ) searched Mercedes-Benz Coding and see what it pops out
