I've been trying to place an order with them since Thursday. The online order form told me to call in order to complete the order. So, I called and got Tracy's voicemail and left her a message. I waited a day and heard nothing so I emailed her- didn't hear anything. I called again 48hrs later and left her a second voice mail and I still haven't heard a peep from her.
Anyone ever deal with them? Is this normal procedure for them?
