Can the surround view be activated while moving forward in 2019 S560?

yes it can. You have to press the parking assist button and it gives you camera options in the right side. Hope this helps

In my W212 after a firmware update in 2017, only upto 10mph you can activate the surround view cameras. It used to be 18 mph, which was correct speed that I start looking for parking vs the time it takes to activate the cameras etc. We have a fav. button that can be coded to get the cameras activated.
