Hi everyone,
I just purchased a 2018 CPO S560 which came with the 20" AMG 10 spoke rims. I found a great deal on 20-inch AMG forged 10-spoke, black rims and wanted to ask you guys to vote either I have to keep the ones I have or get the AMG black rims. I have attached pictures of both rims.
Thanks,
The Original Rims came with the car
AMG Rims that I'm plannig to buy

I think I would keep the silver wheels as they look nicer to me but black ones somewhat throws kinkiness, wickedness and Darth Vaderesqueness . I think that word doesn't exist yet in the vocabulary lol

It depends on the color of your exterior. My is white and looks great with the black wheels, but if the car has a dark/black exterior, I would keep the silver wheels.
The brake dust will always be there unless you get aftermarket low/no brake dust pads such as the Rado dust free pads. It made a world of difference, I went 2-3 weeks without needing to clean the wheels with Rado vs 1-2 days on OEM pads.
Here is my S63 in white with black wheels for reference:

Just my opinion of course, but I think in some lighting conditions black wheels get "lost" in the wheel well, and you then don't see the detail that you do with lighter colors. So I personally wouldn't pick black wheels.

Those are not benzs best set of wheels, to me the blck ones are ugly. Id keep the ones you have. Plus the silver lip makes it look small.

Did you ever consider PVD coating the factory Rims. Black Chrome may fit the bill in between Silver and matt Black. https://www.detroitwheelandtire.com/pvd-what Also, no worries about Salt damage. Then have them Ceramic coated. i went with the Disc italia Ceramic pads. PVD is very inexpensive if you supply the rims.

I prefer the silver 20” AMG wheels vs the black.
I prefer the silver 20” AMG wheels vs the black. That is what I have now. That said, you should put the ones you like best on your car.
