Does anyone have any news of the debut of the new S Class? Seems this thing ought to be out this Fall yet, the internet/this forum is unseemly quiet. Thoughts? Prognostications? Wolfman?

If you are referring to the W223 NEW S Class, it is suppose to debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September 2019 and be available in the US as a 2021 model in 2020.

Engine-wise, expect the 580 and the S73, although that may come a bit later

Certainly your info may be correct. My info was posted on MotorAuthority.com dated 4/23/19 about the debut timeframe and location. I hope it is sooner than later👍

but of course MB would kill MY2020 sales if they would intro the car too early into the W222 model year. Platform-wise this will be a nice upgrade. The only controversial question will be the center screen/the design of it and if this only a configurable option.
