Frequently, when opening driver's door with my hand the alarm goes off. What am I doing wrong?

the drivers handle is no good and its not lockingfrom that door.

I had this happen to me a bunch of times and couldn't figure it out since I always had the keys on me. One day I was at the mall, I got a text from the car that the alarm was going off (I guess mbrace does that) I walked out to the car finding it beeping with the drivers door open. When I got home I left my keys far enough away from the car they shouldn't work and was able to open the "locked" drivers door. It set off the alarm but nonetheless opened up although appearing to be locked. Dealership replaced locking mechanism and that fixed it.

This has been happening to me several times. It's as if I am trying to open the door before the car fully unlocks itself.
