Hello,

I'm attempting to get the Front Passenger Seat into "Chauffeur" mode to work but am unable. I followed the steps in the manual in addition to the functionality as shown by this video:


The seat will go forward, and lift up slightly; but the headrest will not fold down nor will the foot rest (which does clearly exist). I attempted to manipulate the button several times in addition to trying from the driver's controls, the seat will move forward but simply stops short of the headrest folding down and foot rest coming out. - The seat will simply click when pressing the button after it is in this position.

Anyone have the same issue or was able to resolve it? Or is it a dealer trip?

Definitely a dealer trip. Mine works perfectly though it's 3 years newer. Dumbest feature ever for me, since someone is usually in the passenger seat so this can't be utilized but so much fun to show off to friends.

On my car you have to remove the headrest to get the full folded mode.

Dealer said it was a programming issue; perhaps the same with yours if you have option code: 452FRONT PASSENGER SEAT CHAUFFEUR SETTING | P07CHAUFFEUR PACKAGE WITH MEMORY FUNCTION
