What is this thing?
Hello,

I was doing some eBay browsing when I came across this:

It says it is for a W222, however I was unable to find any more information.

It does appear to be the device modeled when you go into the command 'telephony' menu. Additionally, it looks like it can even control some car functions?

What is this thing? The only thing I could think of is it being some type of 'Smart' remote kind of like for the BMW 7 series...
