w222 exterior door handle LED not working

Well, Good news.
I took my w222 in for the "steering bolt recall" this week, and my service writer was happy to take care of the LED exterior door handle issue under my current Mercedes CPO warranty. Both rear door lights were out as of just last week, but the driver's side rear began to work again on its own. It's a little dimmer and a purple color, but it's working. I have a couple of months remaining on the CPO, so I'm hoping it fails for good before then. My local Mercedes dealer has so far been one of the best Dealer experience I've ever had with any Dealership of any Make or Model I've ever owned.
