Loud beep while parked
Dear all
I have a MB S550 2015, Japanese imported.
From time to time, the car makes a very strong beep while parked. Please see the video uploaded in the link below.

I think I see and hear what it is. It is a proximity sensor that deters anyone from getting near the car when it is locked. The mirrors are folded back indicating the car is locked and I keep seeing a small blue light flashing on the dash in the dead center at the bottom of the windshield. Walk away from the car and it will probably stop. Previous owner must have had it installed.

The car does not beep when someone is nearby.
I have noticed the blue light flashing .. that device has got another device installed next to it which I think is related to the ETC toll gate system in Japan.
