i wanted to ask how do i make sure that these rims will fit my car or what size / offset am i supposed to look for?

Immediate answer is no. The previous W221 would accept a 22x10.0 all the way around with the proper staggered tire sizes of 265/25-22 front, and 295/25-22 rear. This was the proper OD tire application from the German tuners, namely Brabus. In most cases, this was really extreme and 21 inch wheels are really the ideal setup for both the 221 and the 222.
When the 222 came out, the front would not accept the 10.0" front wheel due to the suspension on the inside, the 22" application required running a 9.0" front wheel.
So for sure this 10.5" wheel is not going to clear in the front.
Hope this help.
