Navigation Map Question

Anyone know why the entire state of Oklahoma looks like this? I drove through 4 states today and the others looked normal.

Weather was pretty much the same the entire trip. So I do not think it was a weather warning. I looked through all the different options and really couldn't find anything that made that state different than the others.

That was my first thought and the Eastern side of Oklahoma is all Indian Nation territory. Just wondering why that would need to be defined on navigation system?
