Pre entry climate control - Mercedes me app not working

Pre entry climate control - Mercedes me app not working
Hello guys,

I have a S500e 2016 model. With the old mercedes me app I had no problems using the pre-entry climate control feature. However in the new app the feature is always deactivated.

I have tried the following so far:
  1. I tried deactivating and reactivating the feature online from my laptops browser.
  2. I have disabled and enabled pre-entry climate control from the car itself.
  3. I checked and the feature will not expire until 12/2021.
  4. The battery is fully charged (100%).

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Have you call Concierge. It might be a known issue and they could have a fix.

I'm having the same issue. App stays and persistently keeps reverting to 'active' but it's not on in the car. Everthing else in app works fine. EQE 350+ sedan. Any resolution yet?

I was having the same issue with my EQE - I set a departure time and saved it rather than trying to manually activate it and that seems to have reset the feature in the app!
