Brake pulsation/vibration issue between 40-50mph
I recently replaced front and rear brakes and rotors and about a month later I experienced pulsation during braking at the above mentioned speed. The brakes were installed by an independent mechanic, but I purchased the OEM brakes myself. However, I took the car to an authorized dealer who said that the rear rotors were warped. As they were under warranty, I had the rear brakes and rotors replaced, but the problem is still there. I did not have this issue before the new brakes and rotors were installed. Also, I drive my cars very carefully, so I’m certain it’s not a personal driving issue. I’m curious if someone else who had the same issue was able to resolve it successfully.
Thanks,
Jack

I have seen similar issue posted before. They solved the problem by replacing the rotors again.

To help with getting the most out of brake rotors, wheels should be torqued and don't drive through rain puddles.

It should not be the drivers responsibility to dodge rain puddles for the sake of rotor warping prevention.
