Engine stop when fuel reach 30% level
My S-400 L 2014 engine stop running although fuel tank show 30% fuel level. The fuel seems not flowing to fuel pump side when fuel reach 30% level. Workshop advise to replace fuel tank because remaining 30% not flowing from right to left side of the tank!

Could it be that the sensor is giving a bad reading and that the tank is fine ?
Could it be that the tank to tank hoses are (ahem) hosed ?
What workshop? (Independent or factory) ?

The problem is tank comes as one part you cannot check the hoses or if there is a pump inside
