Celsius to Fahrenheit on Climate Control

Celsius to Fahrenheit on Climate Control
New to me 2019 S560 Coupe.
It was a previous Canadian car. The Odometer is in Miles - but the outside temperature and climate control is in Celsius. I would like it in Fahrenheit.
I have scrolled through all (a lot) of the menus and can't find how to change this.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Unfortunately, can't be done easily. For whatever reason, MB decided that nobody would want to change the temperature units from what is the prevalent unit in the market where the car was sold. From what I've been told, only the MB importers can change this. Basically the region of the car has to be changed. I've actually been wanting to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius, because that's what I grew up with. In my Audi I had previously I could change all units of measure to what I preferred, so I had Celsius everywhere.
